Shipping rates vary depending on the region and are calculated during checkout once your shipping information is entered. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Please note that the transit times for the delivery method you select do not include order processing time.

Inventory Level, Backorders, and Pre-Order Items

Inventory Levels: The Company (Canadian Diamond Boyz / Gold Teeth Canada / Cashélysée) offers a range of sizes, styles, and designs based on combined inventory available in all of our warehouses. As a result, there may be occasions when a purchased item is not immediately available for shipment. You will be contacted within 1-2 business days if a substitution needs to be made for an unavailable item.

Backorders: While most items available for purchase online will be in stock, fluctuations in sales and inventory across our warehouses may result in certain items being unavailable. If your order includes an item on backorder, your entire order will be held until the item is back in stock. The replenishment time for out-of-stock products ranges from 1-2 weeks, though it may vary depending on manufacturing schedules. If you wish to verify stock availability before placing your order, please contact us directly. Note that you will be charged for your entire order at the time of purchase.

Pre-Order Items: Products listed as pre-order items are not currently in stock but will be available soon. You will be charged for pre-order items at the time of checkout. If your order contains a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.
