Return Policy

The Company (Canadian Diamond Boyz, Gold Teeth Canada, Cashélysée) does everything in its power to create and deliver the highest quality products. All orders made through our online store are considered custom orders, crafted as requested by you, our client, and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase. Each piece of jewelry may take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish. However, some items may be eligible for partial store credit or exchange at the sole discretion of the Company, provided they are returned in a salable condition within 10 days of the date received. The buyer will be responsible for any restocking and/or reconditioning fees. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, in the original packaging, and must be approved in advance.

Personalized Engraving

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for custom jewelry that has been personalized with engraving.

Return Process & Shipping

Please contact the Company ahead of time to confirm whether your item is eligible for return. The Company is not responsible for return shipping if the item is deemed ineligible for return. When returning or exchanging an item in person at our store, you must present your original invoice.
