Please ensure that each order is carefully considered as labor costs will be charged. In addition to processing time, each custom order takes approximately 8-10 weeks, depending on the level of complexity to complete. This product is precision made to the highest quality standard. Orders should be picked up within one week, if not make arrangements to have it picked up. We are not responsible for product(s) not collected within 90 days. We accept no responsibility for damage after collection. Your invoice must be present when returning and exchanges at the store for in stock items. Same Return Policy applies. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the returned shipped date for us to receive and process. Any accepted refunds for stock items will be processed within 5-10 business days. All items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers’ expense and the validity of all claims will be decided by CANADIAN DIAMOND BOYZ.
